Andre Salum

Andre Salum is an experienced professional in operations management and culinary arts, currently serving as Operations Controller and previously as Operations Coordinator at eCourier since September 2021. From September 2016 to June 2022, Andre engaged in freelance catering contracts and voluntary events work. As the founder of Bio Chef Superfoods from September 2014 to July 2016, Andre developed a range of natural organic superfood products for the Brazilian market, utilizing market research to identify a significant gap in healthy food offerings. Andre's culinary career includes roles as Sous Chef at George Club Private Members Club in Mayfair and Barra Fina Restaurant, where responsibilities included budget control, wastage minimization, stock management, training, stock-taking, and quality control. Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Westminster and a degree in Gastronomy Technology from Centro Universitário Senac.
