Amber Francis

Amber Francis is an experienced professional in the fields of service design and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Media and Publications Advisory Board Member at Service Design Network and Lead Service Designer at EcoVadis, Amber focuses on applying design thinking to enhance digital experiences and business processes. Previous roles include Director of Marketing Operations and Senior Digital Marketing and Operations Manager, where Amber managed cross-company projects and optimized marketing strategies. With a background as a guest lecturer at American University and experience in various marketing and consulting positions, including a tenure at Marriott International, Amber has built a strong foundation in holistic campaign creation, user experience, and digital strategy. Amber holds a summa cum laude degree in Service Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
