Aya Jacq

Aya Jacq is an experienced professional in customer success and onboarding, currently serving as a Customer Onboarding Manager at EcoVadis since June 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Customer Success Coordinator at the same company. Prior to EcoVadis, Aya worked at tripla K.K. as a Customer Success Manager from April 2021 to June 2022 and gained valuable experience at Expedia Group as a Global Account Manager from October 2017 to November 2020. Aya holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University.
