About
The founding team at Ecovative Design has a history of experience in food and engineering. Co-founder Eben Bayer was previously a design engineer at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Direct of Partnerships Gavin McIntyre comes from a background in food, previously working as co-founder of Atlast Food Co. Both have degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design.
