Jay Ilukhor

Jay Ilukhor (Godwin Jnr.) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and information management. Currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Resource Specialist at the ECOWAS Commission since February 2024, Jay has played a significant role in developing comprehensive M&E frameworks for humanitarian assessments across 15 member states. Previous roles include an Innovation/Technology Specialist Consultant at Chowberry Inc., a Data and Report Consultant for the WCA Education in Emergencies Working Group, and various positions at UNICEF, the United Nations OCHA, and other organizations. Jay's academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems Management from the University of Roehampton and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Benin.
