Erik Warg

Erik Warg has extensive work experience in various roles related to strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, and operations. Erik most recently served as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at EcoWater Systems LLC. Prior to that, they worked as a Category Manager at Uponor, where they developed and executed sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging procurement. Before that, they were the Supply Chain and Operations Manager at Entropy Solutions, leading the procurement, production, and distribution of biobased chemicals. Erik also worked as a Research Associate IV at CIMA Labs, where they led project teams in new product development and optimized departmental practices. Erik previously worked as an Analytical Chemist at Ecolab and as a Technical Aide at 3M.

Erik Warg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations and Project Management from the University of St. Thomas, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota between 2004 and 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Erik has obtained several certifications, including "Holding Yourself Accountable" from LinkedIn in September 2023, "Total Quality Management Professional" from the Management and Strategy Institute in August 2016, and "Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP)" also from the Management and Strategy Institute in December 2015.
