Rachel Russell

Rachel Russell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at ECP, a position they started in August 2021. Prior to that, they held roles at LindenGrove Communities, where they served as a Memory Care Program Director from February 2019 to March 2020, and again from December 2020 to August 2021. During their time at LindenGrove Communities, they also worked as a Resident Assistant from April 2020 to December 2020. Rachel also has experience as a Business Office Coordinator/Covid Clean Up at Frontida Assisted Living from September 2020 to December 2020, and as an Assistant Director at Heritage Senior Living, LLC from June 2018 to February 2019. Rachel began their career at Marquardt Village as an Administrator in Training from May 2017 to May 2018.
