Hang Dang currently serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Insider since June 2023, previously holding the position of Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Samsung Electronics from May 2019 to September 2023 as a CX Senior Professional, where responsibilities encompassed developing omni-channel strategies, executing digitalization projects, managing customer satisfaction surveys, and enhancing customer lifetime value. Prior to Samsung, Hang worked at Shopee as a Business Intelligence/PMO from September 2018 to May 2019, overseeing KPIs for paid advertising and optimizing campaigns for major brands. An earlier role as a Teaching Assistant at Djanogly City Academy Nottingham enriched Hang’s skills in education settings. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, along with several international study programs.
