Bill Harford

Bill Harford is an experienced quality management professional, currently serving as Quality Manager at ECR International. In addition, Bill co-owns Skisox Co., a company dedicated to providing effective protection and storage solutions for skis, utilizing recycled materials made in the USA. Bill's career began at Excelco Development as a Quality Assurance Technician, where responsibilities included inspections, testing, and project management. Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the State University of New York at Fredonia and an Associate of Science degree in Sociology from Erie Community College.
