Yannicka Mardenborough is a Clinical Trial Administrator at Ecraid since August 2023, responsible for filing and archiving study documents in the eTMF while supporting the study team with meeting logistics and communications. Prior to this role, Yannicka has been a PhD Researcher at Erasmus MC since January 2017, investigating DNA daughter strand incision mechanisms in mismatch repair, alongside experiences as a Master Thesis Student and Master Student Intern at the same institution, focusing on cell biology and molecular genetics, respectively. Yannicka's initial research experience includes internships at EMBL and Universiteit Utrecht, exploring early haematopoiesis and zebrafish peptide receptors. Academically, Yannicka holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Life Sciences from HAN University of Applied Sciences, with a minor in Biomolecular Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
