Leslie Thibodeau

Leslie Thibodeau currently serves as the Vice President of the Client Engagement Center at ECRI, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Thibodeau was the Senior Director at ProfitOptics, Inc. from June 2021 to February 2022 and Operating Vice President of Customer Experience at Owens & Minor from June 2018 to June 2021, where contributions included implementing Salesforce.com services and enhancing customer experiences. Thibodeau's long tenure at Owens & Minor, which spanned from 2003 to 2018, involved several key roles, including Director of Customer Service Strategy, where Thibodeau transformed customer engagement processes, and various management positions focusing on program development and operational strategies. Thibodeau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Management from James Madison University and initially pursued studies in Tourism and Special Event Planning at Boston University.
