Aaron Mao, MCE, PE, currently serves as a Geotechnical Project Manager at ECS Limited since March 2022. Prior to this position, Aaron held roles at Terradyne as a Project Engineer and Staff Engineer from May 2018 to March 2022, and worked as a Junior Engineer at Gold Coast Geoservices from March 2016 to June 2017. Experience also includes serving as a Staff Engineer at RMA Geoscience, where responsibilities encompassed geotechnical investigations and engineering analysis for various projects, including the Runkle Canyon community development. Earlier in the career, Aaron held positions at C.Y. Geotech as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer and gained initial experience through internships and assistant roles, notably at Guiyang Shangqing Mining Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Huaren Investment Planning Service Corporation. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Central South Forestry University.
