Duncan Martin

Duncan Martin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Duncan started their career at Citi as a High Risk Account Manager, where they successfully managed a team responsible for bespoke debt management solutions. Duncan achieved a high conversion rate and was responsible for a significant shift in risk allocation. After leaving Citi, Duncan worked at BT as a Customer Service Team Manager and later as a Site Lead. Duncan then moved to SCC as an Internal Sales Manager, specializing in Central Government and Defence clients. Following their time at SCC, Duncan joined Ebuyer briefly as a Public Sector Sales Manager. Most recently, they have been employed at ECSC Group plc, starting as an Internal Sales Manager and progressing to the role of Commercial Manager. In their current role as Head of Assurance Sales, Duncan designed and implemented a sales process improvement plan, resulting in a significant reduction in the cost of sales. Duncan also has experience in line management and board reporting responsibilities, as well as delivering revenue growth through efficiency and process improvements.
