Rhonda Hampton P.e.

Rhonda Hampton, P.E., currently serves as the Business Development Manager at ECT2 since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rhonda had a significant tenure at AFCEC, during which time Rhonda held positions including Acting Director of Staff and Deputy Division Chief in various capacities, managing substantial military construction projects and environmental remediation efforts. Rhonda also contributed to the establishment and transformation of AFCEC and provided strategic oversight for multiple initiatives. Earlier in Rhonda's career, positions included Branch Chief for BRAC & Active Base Environmental at AFCEE and Environmental Remediation Project Manager at Kelly AFB, focusing on comprehensive environmental remediation processes. Rhonda holds a degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
