Heather Duncan has a wealth of experience in the field of laboratory operations and microbiology. Heather currently serves as the Director of Laboratory Operations at ECU Health Medical Center and also holds the role of Microbiology Manager at the same institution. Heather is also a CLIAC Committee Member at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior to their current positions, Heather has held various roles including Laboratory Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, CLIA at SC Department of Health and Human Services, and Laboratory Manager/Microbiologist at Heinz Frozen Foods. Heather began their career as a Medical Technologist at McLeod Health.
