Jess H.

Jess H. currently serves as an Application Analyst II at ECU Health since November 2025. Prior to this role, Jess worked as an Epic Application Analyst at UnityPoint Health from October 2021 to November 2025, focusing on PB/PB Claims and HB/HB Claims. Jess has also held the position of System Analyst at Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois from January 2019 to October 2021, specializing in Prelude, Grand Central, HIM, and McKesson Applications. In addition, Jess was a Registrar at SwedishAmerican, a division of UW Health, in 2018 and participated in an internship program at Southern Illinois Healthcare in 2017. Jess earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 2017.
