Joy Hill

Joy Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joy started their career as a Community Services Director at United Way of Pitt County, where they managed and trained volunteers and allocated funds to various agencies and programs. After that, they worked as a Community Income Manager at the American Cancer Society, where they established relationships with key leaders and managed fundraising events.

Joy then transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, working as a Professional Representative and Field Sales Trainer at Forest Laboratories and later as a Sales Consultant at Novartis. In these roles, they managed territories, built relationships with physicians, and organized drug launch plans.

Joy then moved into the healthcare sector, starting as a Physician Recruiter at Vidant Health. Joy was recognized for their achievements in this role and gained valuable experience in physician recruitment and outreach. Joy then advanced to the position of Provider Relations Specialist, where they focused on developing and cultivating physician relationships.

Most recently, Joy worked at ECU Health as the Director of Physician Outreach and Market Development. In this role, they led a team that facilitated physician relationships aligned with growth strategies. Joy also developed and implemented an annual sales plan and provided management reporting and recommendations on best practices.

Throughout their career, Joy has consistently demonstrated strong relationship-building skills and a focus on strategic growth and development.

Joy Hill received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Health Education from East Carolina University in 1997. Joy later obtained a Masters of Education Degree in Health Education and Promotion from the same university in 1999. In 2012, they obtained an Associate Certification from the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters.
