Kelly Weatherly

Kelly Weatherly has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the field of human resources. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources Centers of Excellence at ECU Health, where they lead a team supporting multiple hospitals and physician practices. Kelly'sresponsibilities include managing a substantial total rewards budget, developing compensation structures, and overseeing talent acquisition.

Before joining ECU Health, Kelly worked as the Senior Director, Total Rewards at TriHealth, where they directed a team responsible for delivering shared services to a large workforce. Kelly successfully managed a significant total rewards budget and implemented retention strategies during the COVID pandemic.

Prior to TriHealth, Kelly held the role of Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Reid Health, where they led a team in developing benefits offerings and oversaw a comprehensive health plan.

During their earlier career, Kelly gained valuable experience in human resources management positions at Stant USA Corporation, Freudenberg-NOK, Innatech LLC, and Kenworth of Cincinnati, Inc. At Kenworth of Cincinnati, they held various positions, including Office Manager and Human Resource Manager, and received multiple promotions during their seven-year tenure.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated their expertise in managing compensation and benefits, implementing retention strategies, and developing talent acquisition programs. Kelly'sleadership skills and extensive experience make their a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Kelly Weatherly has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kelly also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana State University. In terms of additional certifications, Kelly obtained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2017. Additionally, they hold the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI (obtained in 2017) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI (obtained in May 2010).
