Todd Hickey

Todd Hickey, FACHE has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Todd currently holds the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at ECU Health since October 2022. Prior to that, Todd worked at Vidant Health starting from 2008. In their role as the Chief Clinical Network Development Officer, they were responsible for designing and executing a strategic plan for a nine-hospital healthcare system. Todd also served as the Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations at Vidant Medical Center, where they led strategic planning, operations management, and quality assurance. Before joining Vidant Health, Todd worked at Trumbull Regional Medical Center as the President, where they directed clinical services and oversaw capital improvement projects. Todd also worked at Chandler Regional Medical Center as the Director of Cancer Services, managing a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.

Todd Hickey, FACHE, holds a Masters degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Kentucky University (1995-1997). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Purdue University (1990-1994). Todd Hickey also has additional certifications including Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
