Nicole Barrow

Nicole Barrow has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nicole is currently the Head of HR Americas at ECU Worldwide, a position they have held since January 2023. Previously, they worked at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR plans and processes for CSI Americas. Before that, Nicole held various roles at DHL Express, including Sr Human Resources Manager and HR Learning and Development Manager. Nicole also worked as an Instructional Designer at DHL and American Express. Nicole's work experience spans over two decades and demonstrates their expertise in HR management and development.

Nicole Barrow earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University from 1991 to 1995. Nicole later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University from 1996 to 1998.
