Shishir Ghildiyal

Shishir Ghildiyal currently serves as the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager (MEA) at ECU Worldwide, focusing on McKinsey's Sales Acceleration initiative across 13 countries in the Middle East and Africa since November 2022. Prior to this role, Shishir was a Global Management Trainee at Allcargo Logistics Ltd from May 2022 to April 2023 and held a leadership position at the Marketing Club of IIM Shillong from November 2020 to March 2022, where notable engagements included hosting Philip Kotler and organizing significant events. Shishir's experience also spans various marketing roles at IBM iX, Ginger Monkey LLP, and MGH Group, where responsibilities included product marketing, campaign execution, and branding strategies. Shishir holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune.
