Murat ŞENER has extensive experience in SAP consulting and IT service management, currently serving as the Manager of SAP Consulting Services and Solutions Architect (Integration) at Eczacıbaşı Bilişim since April 2015. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, resource optimization, and team supervision, alongside mentoring and coaching team members. Previously held the position of IT Service Manager where Murat established a Service Management System, led Service Desk Operations, and managed vendor contracts and service level agreements. Earlier roles at Eczacıbaşı Bilişim involved serving as a Senior ERP Specialist and ERP Specialist, focusing on project management and internal audits.
