Cathy Bolton McCullough, M.S. has over 15 years of work experience in leadership and business growth. In 2004, they founded the McCullough Leadership Group. The following year they joined Rhythm Systems, Inc. as an Executive Coach & Business Growth Consultant. In 2010, they became a Strategic Partner-Consultative Facilitation & Executive Coach for Executive Development Associates. In 2015, they were appointed Chief Strategist & Executive Coach for Culture Solutions Group. In 2016, they became an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Cathy Bolton McCullough, M.S. obtained their Master of Science degree in Organizational Development/Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
