Louis Quinto has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1982 when they took on the role of Educational Foundation Executive Director for the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity. In this role, they served as the chief fundraiser and manager of all educational programming for the international organization, and edited the quarterly national magazine, The Shield and Diamond. In 1989, they began working as a Consultant for Sinclair & Company. In 1992, they became Vice President of PRS & Associates. In 1993, they took on the role of Senior Consultant for Action Management Associates. In 1994, they became the Owner of Quintessential Management. In 2006, they began working as an Advisory University Instructor for KPMG. In 2009, they became the Campaign Manager for McGoff for Congress. Finally, in 2015, they became a Senior Leadership Consultant for Executive Development Associates. In 2019, they began co-hosting a weekly video blog on leadership and management topics, entitled Q & A on Breakthrough Leadership.

Louis Quinto attended Purdue University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Psychology.
