Sarah Hoch Morris

Sarah Hoch Morris is a seasoned leadership and talent development consultant with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Impact since March 2015 and at Canvas since September 2022, Sarah specializes in client relationship management, leadership development design, and complex project management. Previous roles at UBS included Executive Director and Global Co-Head of Leadership & Talent Programs, where Sarah was responsible for firm-wide leadership initiatives and training programs, as well as serving as the Americas Business University Head. Sarah's earlier positions at UBS also encompassed roles in talent program management and campus recruitment in the Investment Banking Department. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University, awarded in 1997.
