Henry Hill has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Henry worked as a TSR at Vaccation Tour and Travel in 2016, where they made phone calls to potential customers and gained sales pitch experience. In 2017, they worked as a Sandwich Artist at Subway, where they developed customer service, management, inventory management, and time management skills. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Central Baptist College as an IT Student Assistant and later as a Systems Administrator and AV Manager, where they handled tickets, assisted in system administration tasks, and monitored server and networking performance. In 2019, they joined Edafio Technology Partners as a Helpdesk NOC Engineer and later took on roles such as SOS/SR Service Desk Engineer and IT Manager - Site Lead. In these roles, they provided technical support, resolved tickets, managed projects, and overhauled IT infrastructure. In 2023, they joined GDH as a Technical Support Administrator, and later in the same year, they joined Edafio as a Senior Field Engineer.

Henry Hill attended Central Baptist College from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, with a general field of study. In 2018, they also briefly attended the University of Central Arkansas, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems as well. Alongside their formal education, Henry also earned the certification of CMNO (Certified Meraki Network Operator) from Cisco in October 2018.
