Brittany P. has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Brittany began as an Operations Intern at Tampa Bay Lightning, where they managed employees, maintained inventory, and coordinated event preparations. Brittany then moved on to WellCare Health Plans as a College Relations and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they were responsible for audits, scheduling interviews, and creating event processes. In 2017, they joined Strategic Property Partners as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they carried out full cycle project management, created performance management reviews, and devised policies and procedures. Currently, they are working at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, starting as a Junior HR Business Partner and later promoted to the role of Human Resources Business Partner.

Brittany P. holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
