Christine Paglialunga

Christine Paglialunga, AICP, currently serves as Executive Director of Sunset Park and Vice President of Asset Management with the New York City Economic Development Corporation since January 2020. Prior to this role, Christine worked as an Associate Project Manager at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, focusing on real estate development starting in 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as an Urban Planner and Project Manager at ERA Architects Inc., and Capital Projects Manager for Various Projects, where significant projects like the Massey Hall Revitalization were managed. Additional roles include Interim Director of Tenant Services at Artscape and Researcher at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning focused on Housing and Economic Development from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Toronto.
