David Lowin

David Lowin currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development in the Asset Management Division at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, David Lowin was Executive Vice President at Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation from January 2018 to August 2023 and held the title of Vice President of Real Estate at Brooklyn Bridge Park Development Corp from February 2008 to January 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Development Director at The Clarett Group, Vice President for Planning and Development at The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp, and Assistant Vice President at New York City Economic Development Corp.
