Kristi Reaves

Kristi Reaves has over 14 years of work experience. Kristi began their career in 2007 as a Teacher for Broward County Schools. In 2008, they moved to Cobb County Schools to become a Teacher. In 2009, they joined Pace Academy as a Teacher. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Teacher at Harlem RBI, Lead Teacher and Grade Level Chair at Success Academy Charter Schools, Assistant Principal at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, and Recruitment Manager at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Recruiter at McKinsey & Company and is currently an Instructional Coach at EdConnective.

Kristi Reaves earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida in 2006. Kristi then pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Florida, which they completed in 2019.
