Operations Specialist at EdConnective

Kyla Bresolin has held three roles since 2019. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Specialist, Coaching Implementation at EdConnective. In this role, they coordinate and communicates with a coach team of 150 coaches by managing the scheduling and communication of all coach development sessions and meetings. Prior to this role, Kyla worked as a Customer Success Associate at EdConnective, where they led engaging virtual onboarding calls with administrators, teachers, and coaches to generate excitement. Kyla also provided prompt resolution to any issues customers or participants might have and liaised with EdConnective Coaches to enhance partnership. Additionally, they delighted customers by discovering and executing strategies that over-delivered on their expectations. In 2019, Kyla began working as a Safe Place Program Coordinator at Hand in Hand, where they supported the day-to-day operations of any shelter needs. Kyla also provided support to Hand in Hand staff, trained new volunteers, and managed current volunteers. Additionally, they worked as a Community Development Administrator at WaFd Bank, where they lead and cultivated social impact opportunities through financial literacy curriculum for high schools in low to moderate income levels. Kyla also prepared and presented down payment assistance programs for bank clientele and directly involved Washington Federal Bank employees with community service opportunities.

Kyla Bresolin obtained a Master of Arts in International Community Development from Northwest University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of Washington Bothell in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Communicating with Empathy from LinkedIn in February 2021.
