Flavio Valenzuela is an experienced general manager and restaurant consultant with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood since August 2022, Flavio has previously held management roles at sweetgreen and The BrickYard Authentic Pizzeria and Burger Bar, among others, focusing on team development, cost control, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
