Chang Yang-Dunham has a diverse work experience. Chang started their career as a Student Recruiter at the University of Michigan, where they promoted the Lloyd Hall Scholars Program and recruited high-school seniors. Chang also served as a Student Assistant, counseling and mentoring first-year students and founding the Digital Media club. Chang then worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Chang later joined Franworth as a Launch Intern, where they supported various business and marketing projects for franchises. At TEDxUofM, they served as a Senior Speaker Coach. Chang then transitioned to Merkle, where they worked as a Performance Media Analyst and later as a Senior Performance Media Analyst. Currently, Chang is employed at Edelman DXI, first as a Manager of Marketing Analytics and now as an Associate Director of Marketing Analytics.
Chang Yang-Dunham attended the University of Michigan from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Economics and Applied Statistics. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in Tableau 10 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science from Udemy.
