Alan Facey

Alan Facey, CFP®, has a diverse work experience in the financial planning and investment management industry. Alan started their career at The Motley Fool in 2000 as a Project Manager. In 2002, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they served as an Investment Operations Manager at Keel Point Advisors. Since 2007, Alan has been associated with Edelman Financial Engines, starting as a Director of Financial Planning and currently holding the position of Executive Director of Financial Planning.

Alan Facey, CFP®, completed their B.S. in Public Administration at George Mason University from 1991 to 1996. Alan also obtained a RIADAC Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets® from the RIA Digital Assets Council in 2021.
