Derek Geisinger

Derek Geisinger has a diverse work experience in various companies. Derek started their career as an Advisor at DeVry University in 2010 and worked there until 2011. Derek then joined US Airways (now American Airlines) and held multiple roles, including Analyst-Workforce Support Res Operations and Pricing/Yield Management Analyst. In 2013, they moved to American Express, where they served as a Financial Analyst II - World Service Finance, Finance Manager - Business Unit CFO - Global Servicing Network, and Director - Global Card Issuance Operations Strategy. In 2021, they transitioned to Edelman Financial Engines, where they initially served as a Director, Operations Strategy and Chief of Staff before being promoted to their current role as Senior Director, Operations Strategy & Chief of Staff. In this role, they work closely with partners to develop and implement strategic objectives in support of the company's wealth planning and workplace business. Derek is also responsible for program management and execution of operating platform enhancements.

Derek Geisinger earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management from California State University, Bakersfield in 2010. Derek then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Arizona State University, which they completed in 2015.
