Doug Keegan

Doug Keegan, CFP®, is an Executive Director at Edelman Financial Engines, where since August 2010, goals-based financial planning and investment management services have been provided, managing over $400 million in client assets. Previously, as Regional Director, Doug managed a team of 25 Financial Planners overseeing $7 billion in assets for more than 8,000 clients. Before joining Edelman Financial Engines, Doug worked at Sullivan, Bruyette, Speros & Blayney, Inc. as a Manager of Financial Planning, supporting a team of 20 Financial Planners and serving 800 clients with $2 billion in assets under management. Doug's experience also includes serving as a Financial Planner at Jaqueline L. Powell & Associates, where new business development resulted in over 120 new client accounts and an increase of $12 million in firm assets. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary and a BA and MA in Piano from Chopin University of Music.
