Jana Baker

Jana Baker currently serves as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Augusta National Golf Club, beginning in May 2024, while also continuing as a Planner Development Coach at Edelman Financial Engines since June 2018. Baker has extensive experience in training and development, having previously held the position of Executive Director of Training & Development at Nueterra from 2006 to June 2018, where strategic initiatives were led to identify and address organizational training needs. Additional roles at Nueterra included Director of Training, Training Manager, and various sales positions, all focused on employee development and operational effectiveness. Earlier career experience includes a decade at The Pillsbury Company, where Baker held roles such as National Co-Marketing Manager and Sales Training Manager, contributing to significant marketing and sales training programs. Baker earned a BS in Marketing Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988.
