Joe Loparco

Joe Loparco has extensive experience in communications and leadership roles. Joe currently serves as the VP and Head of Communications at Edelman Financial Engines. Prior to this, they worked at Cigna as the Executive Communications Lead, overseeing the communications for multiple C-suite executives and their organizations. Joe also worked at Voya Financial as the Vice President of Communications, managing internal and external communications activities for Voya Financial Retirement businesses. Joe has a background in media relations, having worked at ING as the Director of External Communications and at The Hartford as the Director of Media Relations. Joe began their career at NBC News as an Associate/Segment Producer. Joe Loparco has demonstrated expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and executive coaching throughout their career.

Joe Loparco obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Boston College. Joe also obtained certification from the NYS Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, as a member of the New York State Bar in April 1996.
