Laura Johnson, MBA, CRPC® has a diverse work experience in the financial and human resources industries. Laura began their career as a Human Resource Services Representative at Paychex, where they excelled in sales and consistently exceeded quotas. Laura then moved on to JPMorgan Chase as a Financial Licensed Banker, where they demonstrated strong customer relationship management skills and helped lead the team in surpassing sales goals. Currently, Laura holds the role of Director of Financial Planning at Edelman Financial Engines, the largest independent investment advisory firm in America. In this position, they deliver personalized financial planning and investment management services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive guidance for their personal finances.

Laura Johnson, MBA, CRPC®, attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they studied at Portland State University from an unknown start year to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. In addition to their educational background, Laura has obtained various certifications, including the CRPC® designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2019 and the DACFP Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets from the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals in 2022. Laura also holds certifications such as Smartvestor Pro, Series 65, Series 6, and Series 63, indicating their expertise in financial services.
