Thomas Dicristofaro

Thomas DiCristofaro has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Thomas is currently working as a Senior Director - Client Services at Edelman Financial Engines since April 2020. Previously, they worked at TIAA for 26 years, holding various senior roles. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Sr. Director - Wealth Management Client Services, where they provided strategic leadership to sales and service teams. Thomas also managed large-scale teams and was responsible for client relationship management. Before that, they worked as a Director, overseeing various projects related to client services and web channel initiatives. Thomas also served as the National Director - Wealth Management Contact Center, where they focused on high-end clientele and managed contact centers in multiple locations. Additionally, they have experience as a Wealth Management Advisor and a Manager within TIAA. Prior to joining TIAA, they worked at the Public Service Mutual Insurance Company as a Commercial Line Support Analyst and at New York Life Insurance Company as an Account Executive.

Thomas DiCristofaro has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Finance from Fordham University. Thomas also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from Manhattan College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Life & Health Insurance Agent - North Carolina in 1993 and FINRA - Registered Principal & Registered Representative in 1992.
