David Barbanell

David Barbanell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and relationship management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Client Service at Edelman since October 2000. With a focus on established Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies, David leads growth efforts and manages global relationships for key portfolio clients. Previously, as the Global Client Relationship Manager, David specialized in health, well-being, and pharmaceuticals, overseeing major client relationships. Additionally, David held the position of Managing Director of Global Client Quality, acting as Chief Quality Officer to enhance client satisfaction and service quality. Prior to Edelman, David held multiple roles at United Cerebral Palsy of New York State and served as News Director at WRKL Radio. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University in 1991.
