Julian Payne

Julian Payne is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in crisis management, corporate affairs, and public relations. Currently serving as the Global Chair for Crisis and Risk at Edelman and Chair of Corporate Affairs for The Prince's Foundation, Julian also contributes as a broadcaster for CBS. Previous roles include Director of Communications for the Household of TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, VP of Global PR & Corporate Relations at Burberry, and Director of Communications at BBC, where responsibilities encompassed managing a communications team of 150. An early career included senior positions at BBC Radio One and Sky, along with partnership at Henry's House, where notable clients included Virgin Media and Honda F1. Julian holds a degree in Languages from the University of Exeter.
