Phoebe L.

Phoebe L. is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Edelman since April 2021, Phoebe collaborates with the Global Talent Acquisition team on various projects and enhances APAC Employer Branding strategies. Prior to this role, Phoebe held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for Donaldson and was involved in project management during tenure as People Transitions Project Manager at CBRE Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2020. With a background at Johnson Controls in various HR roles, Phoebe also contributed to global recruitment and client management at EPS Group and played a pivotal role in establishing TBC HR Consulting and Recruit Express Sdn Bhd. Phoebe's efforts were recognized in 2023 with the "APAC People Curiosity is Momentum Award," highlighting a commitment to innovation in talent acquisition. Phoebe holds a degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
