Katrin Aerni has a diverse background in the aviation industry, with experience in various roles such as Flight Attendant, Cabin Crew Manager, and Talent Management at companies like Edelweiss Air AG, airberlin, Swiss International Air Lines, Swissair, and Crossair. Currently, Katrin is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of a new Performance Tool in their role at Edelweiss Air AG. Additionally, Katrin is pursuing further education in Applied Psychology for the Workplace at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
