Kerstin Schiwow-Amrhein serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Swiss International Air Lines since September 2019, specializing in competition and antitrust law. Kerstin leads the Lufthansa Group's Competition Law Competence Center and acts as the lead legal counsel for the group's Distribution Unit and SWISS Revenue Management. In addition, Kerstin holds positions as Corporate Secretary on the Boards of Directors for Edelweiss and Swiss Aviation Software, and as a member of the Boardroom. Kerstin is also a Teaching Professional and Lecturer at ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften and has previous experience as Head of Competition Law at KPMG Switzerland and as an associate at Homburger. Kerstin's solid educational background includes a Master’s degree from the University of Zurich and ongoing studies in Management for the Legal Profession at the University of St. Gallen, along with admission to the Zurich Bar as an Attorney at Law.
