Zaid Loraichi

Zaid Loraichi is a skilled construction professional with extensive experience in supervisory roles within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Construction Supervisor and Maintenance Assessor at Eden Brae Homes since July 2021, Zaid previously held leading positions at Innovative Builders & Engineers and Protect Construction. Zaid began the career as a Demolition Labourer at Go2civil, where foundational skills in site preparation and hazard spotting were developed. Zaid's academic background includes a Bachelor of Construction Management with a focus on Project Management from Western Sydney University, completed in 2023, as well as a High School Certificate from Al-Faisal College.
