Chris McSwain

Chris McSwain is currently an advisory board member at Eden Health. Chris was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at Aasonn from January 2015 to December 2016.

Chris was recruited to be Named Executive Officer (NEO) at Aasonn, with ownership and accountability to the CEO and Board of Directors. Chris joined Aasonn to expand their career portfolio beyond publicly traded companies.

In one year, Chris was able to dramatically accelerate the pace of change and the vision they had for transformation across the Strategy, Marketing and Human Resources functions. Chris created and implemented new business strategies approved by Board which provided differentiation and positioned company as leader in emerging industry category. Additionally, they redefined the company mission, vision, values and culture aligned with new company identity. Chris led all aspects of HR initiatives impacting compensation, benefits, talent and technology. Lastly, they led the development of all new marketing including thought leadership white paper, solution graphics, and totally new website (www.aasonn.com).

Aasonn is a privately held, virtual company funded by private equity that provides human management services in the cloud.

Chris McSwain's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of Charleston and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Emory University.
