Carter Schulze, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Eden Prairie since September 2012. Prior roles include Lieutenant at the Eden Prairie Fire Department, overseeing firefighting operations and training, and previous engineering positions at the City of Edina as Assistant City Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of municipal projects. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer for SEH, focusing on various infrastructure projects, and Granite Construction, where involvement in the Hiawatha Light Rail Transit Project included quality control inspections and project management duties. Carter Schulze holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
