Dawn George Fcipd

Dawn George FCIPD has a range of work experience, starting in 1995 as an HR Officer/HR Manager at Norwich Union (Premium Search), where they handled recruitment, employee relations, and managed the company's Modern Apprentice program. In 1998, they joined TalkTalk Group Plc as an HR Manager, providing HR support and guidance to the Customer Operations business unit. Dawn also managed major business change projects and led a team to deliver HR solutions. Since November 2011, they have been working at the Eden Project, starting as an HR Services Manager and progressing to Head of Human Resources and Director of HR & Inclusion. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People & Culture Officer.

Dawn George FCIPD completed their education at the University of Northampton from 1991 to 1997. Dawn obtained a degree in Human Resource Management and is recognized as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
