Rose Cashley-Field

Rose Cashley-Field is an experienced professional in membership and fundraising management within the charity sector. Currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at St Tudy Pre-school, Rose provides governance and strategic oversight for the organization. As the Membership & Individual Giving Manager at the Eden Project since November 2014, Rose leads initiatives for membership and fundraising growth while managing a dedicated team. Previous roles include Membership Team Leader at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where Rose oversaw a significant membership program, and Participant Care Administrator at RNIB, where engagement with supporters was emphasized. Rose began a career in fundraising as a Senior Fundraising Campaign Manager at Buffalo Fundraising Consultants after earning a BA (Hons) in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Bristol.
